Dr. Fischer is a leader bringing his expertise in psychology to the workplace.  With his business results focus, he works to understand the objectives, goals, and strategies and then aligns the human factors aspects of the business to achieve results.  He has broad consultative experience both internal and external working in many industries such as agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, and hospitality.  He has demonstrated a pragmatic approach working with boards of directors and CEOs; to boots on the ground employees, taking theories of industrial and organizational psychology and applying it so people quickly understand, adopt, and change.

Most recently Chris was the Director of Organizational Effectiveness for Land O’ Lakes.  In that role he provided organizational development, culture enablement, and talent management for Land O’ Lakes and its over 200 retail cooperatives which range in size of revenue from $500M - $2.3B.  He acted as the CHRO for Agtegra, one of the largest Land O’ Lakes cooperatives in the system.

Early in his career, Dr. Fischer worked with Personnel Decisions International (Now Korn Ferry).  He collaborated with individuals and teams in Fortune 500 and Global 1000 organizations domestically and globally to improve business performance and build organizational talent. He oversaw regional leadership development business, coordinating the needs of clients and equipping consultants with the expertise needed to deliver effective leadership development courses.

 Dr. Fischer graduated from St. John’s University with a degree in Social Science/Secondary Education.  He earned is masters and doctorate from the University of St. Thomas in Counseling Psychology.  He lives with his wife and 4 children in Victoria MN
